Benefits of Becoming a Member

• Simply being a member allows you to network with other Private Investigators which increases your knowledge and awareness of the industry and industry standards.     
• You may learn new ideas and different ways to perform your job.
• Often times Agencies will refer work to other members or contract their work by networking through the PIAU.
• PIAU will link to your site from their Members on the Web page.
• You may display the PIAU logo on your website.
• Discounts on E&O insurance, and other discounted services.

Private Investigators throughout the world are welcome to join the PIAU as well as those who work in related professions.

There is an initial $10.00 dollar application fee and the following annual dues for membership in the PIAU:

Apprentice - $25.00                                                                    

Registrant - $25.00

Agency -$50.00 (Individual)

Agency - $150.00 (Group)

Associate - $50.00 (Licensed PI in another state)

Affiliate - (Contact for rate)

Business - $200.00 w/$35.00 application fee

All of our meetings are free to our valued members.  We do allow guests at our annual conference however there is a minimal fee to attend.
